EQ is an emotional intelligence assessment that uses five factors to measure an individual’s emotional quotient (EQ). Emotional intelligence is the ability to sense, understand and effectively apply the power of acumen of emotions to facilitate higher levels of collaboration and productivity.

An EQ assessment debrief provides a thorough understanding of an individual's emotional intelligence (EI) and a strategic plan for leveraging and improving their emotional capabilities.

The one-on-one debrief is led by a Cooper Consulting Group Associate Consultant who is TTI Emotional Quotient Certified. The session takes approximately 45 minutes and is held virtually over Zoom.
