What is EPIC?

EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center) is the online platform that Wiley uses to administer and oversee all materials from Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors® — the reports, tools, resources and anything else involved. When you buy one of our DiSC assessments, we use EPIC to get you the materials you need.

Let’s say you purchase our Everything DiSC® Productive Conflict profile to teach your team how to manage conflict. When you make that purchase, we use our master EPIC account to send you the materials and then save your report.

If you’re purchasing a large quantity of assessments, we suggest signing up for an . By doing this, you’ll have complete control over your company’s Everything DiSC® experience.

EPIC Credits

Think of EPIC credits as digital money. These credits act as currency that are used exclusively to buy profiles & facilitator reports from Everything DISC® and Five Behaviors®.

Each profile and report is assigned a credit value (see a list of prices here), meaning you “pay” a certain number of credits per each resource.

EPIC credits are the digital currency used by Wiley. You can use these credits to buy everything you need to run a successful DiSC training — the tools, individual profiles, facilitator reports and other materials.

Each profile and report is assigned a specific credit value (see table).

EPIC credits are meant to be used via an EPIC sub-account. As an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, we manage these accounts.

We recommend EPIC accounts for organizations that will need to run assessments over and over again, such as large corporations, colleges, and consultants. And having an EPIC account is especially beneficial for independent consultants — when you open an account, you’re given 24/7 administrative access so you can run the account as the business you are.

With an EPIC account, you can easily create branded reports to hand out to clients or employees. This account helps you stay organized and provides a secure place to store completed reports.
