Facilitation kits may be returned in perfect condition, in their original unopened packaging. The sender is responsible for return postage. Returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date. Click here for our mailing address.

Certification courses are fully refundable, as long as the participant has not logged into the Learning Management System and it is outside of the 14 day window of the session start date.

Certification courses are transferable as long as the original participant has not logged into the Learning Management System and begun their pre-work (Only applies to certifications hosted by Assessment for Success).

All EPIC credit purchases are final. EPIC credits have no expiration date and may be used at any time and for any Everything DiSC® or Five Behaviors® reports.

Promotional items are all final sales.

Yes, you can purchase certain assessments in bulk using our convenient EPIC calculator or by ordering EPIC credits. Add the QTY needed, and the calculator will provide you with the discounted rate.

EPIC (Electronic Profile Information Center) is the online platform that Wiley uses to administer and oversee all materials from Everything DiSC® and Five Behaviors® — including reports, tools, resources, etc. EPIC credits are Wiley’s currency and they’re used exclusively to buy profiles, facilitator reports, and other materials from Everything DISC® and Five Behaviors®. You can learn more about EPIC and EPIC credits here.

No, you do not have to be certified, but we highly recommend it if you’re using Everything DISC® and Five Behaviors® in your business or coaching regularly.

A certification will give you the tools and confidence to deliver the different programs. We offer several certifications, both in-person and virtual. You can view them all here.
