Conflict is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to be destructive. This module uses DISC to help participants identify their natural conflict behaviors and those of others, turning conflict into opportunities for collaboration, innovation, and growth.
Participants will learn how to recognize destructive response patterns and develop techniques to choose more productive behaviors.
You’ll gain practical strategies to reframe conflict, manage difficult conversations, and engage in productive behaviors to strengthen relationships and results.
