By completing the Leadership Forecast Series, you’ll be able to grow professionally and enhance your ability to build and lead a team.

Features of the Leadership Forecast Series

The Hogan Leadership Forecast Series Reports includes three reports in total.

• The Potential Report: This report uses seven components of a typical personality to help you learn about your leadership style, including behavioral descriptions, leadership competencies, and development recommendations.
• The Challenge Report: This report details how a leader manages his or her team while operating under pressure. By using the Challenge Report, you can identify behaviors that detract from your leadership ability.
• The Values Report: This report investigates the values and goals that drive your behaviors. This portion of the assessment is based on the idea that what you value determines how you will lead.

Coaching debrief

Once you complete the Hogan assessment, you’ll participate in a 60-minute coaching debrief to help you close out the entire process. This valuable opportunity gives you one-on-one time with a coach who will review the results of your assessment, providing you with personalized guidance and helpful strategies for continued growth. You’ll receive a follow-up email to schedule your date and time for the coaching debrief once you've completed the Hogan Leadership Assessment.
