This course helps leaders engage in these four areas of development: self-awareness (understands own weaknesses and how to compensate for them), learning agility (reflects on and learns from experience), influence (works effectively with others over who they have no control), and communication (uses effective listening skills to gain clarification from others).
Outcomes
By attending this program, participants will:
- Develop a self-aware view that represents your preferences, priorities, strengths, and weaknesses.
- Develop your ability to learn from experience and adapt to new situations.
- Develop communication skills to ensure that our messages are being understood and that we are understanding the messages of others.
- Recognize different influencing styles and how to apply the right one at the right time

Self-paced, 4-week course; Approximately 1.5 – 2 hours per week

Cohort Size
Average cohort size is similar to average class size of 24 with a max of 50 participants per cohort due to social aspect of comments/replies.
