Five Behaviors® Facilitator Accreditation



Gain the confidence and expertise to transform talented individuals into extraordinary teams. The Five Behaviors® Facilitator Accreditation is a blended learning course that will help you hone your skills as a facilitator of this unique program. You will earn the credential of a Five Behaviors Accredited Facilitator, gaining expertise in using the model and accompanying course material.

Although the course uses The Five Behaviors, powered by Everything DiSC®, the credential also applies to the use of The Five Behaviors® Powered by All Types™. 

Learner Take-aways

  • Increased confidence and competence in delivering The Five Behaviors to teams Experience in facilitating small groups.
  • Insight into how to navigate unexpected and challenging conversations that can occur during a session.
  • Ability to adapt facilitation to any team.
  • Gain the Credential of a Five Behaviors Accredited Facilitator (upon successful completion of the course and passing of the exam).

Accreditation is valid for two years, at which point you have the option to become permanently re-accredited.

Program Components

  • Five-week course plus pre-work.
  • Weekly 90-minute instructor-led, virtual classroom sessions.
  • Access to learning resources online Access to The Five Dysfunctions of a Team eBook.
  • A final exam, accessible after the course is completed,  must be passed with a score of 80% for certification.
  • All participants need access to the Five Behaviors Facilitation Kit - either All Types™ or Everything DiSC®. 
  • Program includes the kit!


Choose your preferred certification dates to register. Keep in mind that you must commit to completing the coursework and attending each week of live webinars.

On the day the course opens, you will receive your Everything DiSC Training Center login. You have 14 days to complete pre-work before the first live virtual classroom.

Certification courses are fully refundable, as long as the participant has not logged into the Learning Management System, and the start date is 14 days or more from the session start date.

SHRM recertification provider

The Five Behaviors offers SHRM credential-holders the opportunity to earn 19 professional development credits (PDCs) from the Society for Human Resource Management when they complete The Five Behaviors Facilitator Accreditation.
