Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ provides a personalized learning experience that teaches participants to read the emotional and interpersonal needs of a situation and respond accordingly. After completing this profile, individuals will be exposed to enhance their emotional intelligence. They’ll know how to step outside of their comfort zone and operate on the fly, easily adjusting their responses for any situation.
The Agile EQ Profile covers three distinct areas

Improve emotional intelligence skills
The Agile EQ program helps participants improve their agile emotional intelligence. In turn, this allows them to improve workplace relationships, leading to stronger and more agile company culture. By the end of the learning experience, individuals will know how to read the emotions in a situation and then offer the appropriate response.

Follow up tools
Facilitators can also benefit from three complimentary reports. The Everything DiSC Supplement for Facilitators takes a deep dive into each individual’s results, while the Comparison Reports helps two people understand how they can work together. The Team View Report provides a quick overview of each participant’s style and dot placement which can be helpful during a workshop to quickly reference the participant’s style.

Assessments are transferable as long as the participant has not logged into the platform and started filling out the assessment.
Facilitation kits may be returned in their perfect original, unopened packaging. Sender is responsible for return postage. Returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date.
Certification courses are fully refundable, as long as the participant has not logged into the Learning Management System, and the start date is 14 days or more from the session start date.
Certification courses are transferrable as long as the original participant has not logged into the Learning Management System and begun their pre-work (Only applies to certifications hosted by Assessment for Success).
All EPIC credit purchases are final. Epic credits have no expiration date and may be used at any time and for any Everything DiSC® or Five Behaviors® report.
