- This 90-minute session allows participants to explore and understand themselves, while learning to appreciate the different priorities, preferences, and values of others.
With personalized insights and actionable strategies, participants explore how to adapt to the style of others, ultimately improving communication, collaboration, and the overall quality of the workplace environment.
WHAT IS INCLUDED
Includes expert facilitation delivery, and an Everything DiSC Workplace on Catalyst report for up to 16 participants. Access to the Catalyst platform, which provides access to team view reports, comparison reports, videos, podcasts and more!
Discovering Your DiSC Style
Participants discover how DiSC styles affect their workplace relationships and explore the priorities that drive them at work. Individuals walk through the framework and components of the DiSC model. They learn about their DiSC styles, how their priorities influence their actions, along with what motivates and stresses them.
Understanding Other Styles
Participants learn what works for them and what challenges them when interacting with each DiSC style. Participants watch video segments of coworkers describing their challenges working with each DiSC style and the strategies they use to overcome these obstacles. They then learn personalized strategies for building a more effective relationship with someone they want to work better with.
Building More Effective Relationships
Participants explore strategies to overcome challenges when working with people of different DiSC styles.
Participants learn how to identify others’ DiSC styles based on behavioral cues.
Participants learn about the Everything DiSC® Comparison Report and how it can help them improve their relationships with others.
Action Plan, Wrap Up, Evaluations
Participants select one overall strategy and write an action plan for using it in their workplaces. Additionally, they will have access to the CatalystÔ online platform to ensure that takeaways are readily applied.
Assessments are transferable as long as the participant has not logged into the platform and started filling out the assessment.
Facilitation kits may be returned in their perfect original, unopened packaging. Sender is responsible for return postage. Returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date.
Certification courses are fully refundable, as long as the participant has not logged into the Learning Management System, and the start date is 14 days or more from the session start date.
Certification courses are transferrable as long as the original participant has not logged into the Learning Management System and begun their pre-work (Only applies to certifications hosted by Assessment for Success).
All EPIC credit purchases are final. Epic credits have no expiration date and may be used at any time and for any Everything DiSC® or Five Behaviors® report.
