The CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment tests you in 34 areas to show where your talents lie. Once you know your top five strengths, you’ll be able to implement a strengths-based approach as you work and continue improving. Features of the CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment
The CliftonStrengths 34 Assessment (formerly the Clifton StrengthsFinder) helps you take your natural talents and develop them into strengths that translate into the workplace and beyond. When you take the assessment, you’ll complete a report that presents you with 177 statements and asks to what degree they apply to you. Upon completion of the assessment, you’ll receive a personalized report with your results, giving you an in-depth explanation of your CliftonStrengths and any potential opportunities for growth.
You’ll also receive a Signature Theme Report revealing your top five strongest areas. This report includes:
- An explanation of your top 10 CliftonStrengths themes
- Helpful tips to navigate your 11-34 themes
- Strategies to notice and manage possible weaknesses
Finally, each CliftonStrengths participant also gets a Strengths Insight Guide, helping you see how you can benefit from tapping into your natural talent. Your online dashboard and coaching debrief are the final steps to help you play to your strengths and move toward increased success. These helpful resources and tools will allow you to understand your strengths and feel more empowered as you work with others, improving your performance overall.
Once you complete the assessment, you’ll participate in a 60-minute coaching debrief with one of our certified trainers. During this debrief, you’ll review your assessment results, giving you the chance to get personalized guidance on how to move forward with the information you learned. You’ll receive a follow-up email to schedule your date and time for the coaching debrief once you've completed the assessment.
Assessments are transferable as long as the participant has not logged into the platform and started filling out the assessment.
Facilitation kits may be returned in their perfect original, unopened packaging. Sender is responsible for return postage. Returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date.
Certification courses are fully refundable, as long as the participant has not logged into the Learning Management System, and the start date is 14 days or more from the session start date.
Certification courses are transferrable as long as the original participant has not logged into the Learning Management System and begun their pre-work (Only applies to certifications hosted by Assessment for Success).
All EPIC credit purchases are final. Epic credits have no expiration date and may be used at any time and for any Everything DiSC® or Five Behaviors® report.
