Executive Presence: Lead with Impact

Executive presence is often misunderstood as charisma, confidence, or seniority. In practice, it is none of these alone. Executive presence is behavioral, learnable, and shaped by context—and it plays a critical role in how people are trusted, followed, and given responsibility.

This session examines executive presence as a set of behaviors that influence how others experience credibility, authority, and steadiness— especially in high-stakes moments. While some people may appear naturally gifted, research and practice show that executive presence can be strengthened deliberately over time, much like emotional intelligence or leadership judgment.

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

This interactive live facilitator led session introduces a practical, behavior-based framework for understanding executive presence. Participants will examine four core fundamentals of executive presence and explore how these behaviors show up differently across roles, industries, and organizational contexts.

Through discussion, guided exploration, and real-world examples, participants will gain insight into the executive presence behaviors that matter most in their context and where to focus their development efforts.
