The Everything DiSC® Management Facilitation Kit provides everything you need to lead training sessions using the Everything DiSC Management profiles (sold separately). These Management assessments teach management skills and flexibility. Participants will learn how to delegate, how to motivate their staff, and how to develop their employees. With the Facilitation Kit, you can confidently lead participants through the Management assessment.

The kit includes six modules

• Module 1 and 2: Introduction to Your Management Style
  Participants will learn how DiSC behavioral styles impact their management styles and priorities as a leader.
• Module 3: Directing and Delegating
  Participants will identify their own behavioral strengths and weaknesses when delegating and giving direction, as well as learn how other DiSC styles want to be directed and delegated to. 
• Module 4: Creating a Motivating Environment
  Participants will gain insight into how the DiSC behavioral styles can influence the motivation of others.
• Module 5: Developing Others
  Participants will learn how to utilize their natural behavioral styles to develop others.
• Module 6: Working with Your Manager
  Participants will discover how to adapt to their manager’s DiSC behavioral needs and preferences in order to communicate more effectively.

About the kit

The Facilitation Kit is designed to be comprehensive, yet flexible at the same time. The kit is made up of six one-hour modules including videos, activities and scripted facilitation. Leaders have the power to use these materials in whatever order they’d like. The Facilitation Kit gives you the freedom to lead in whatever way is best for you so you feel comfortable leading a training session.
