Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ Facilitation Kit

The Everything DiSC® Agile EQ™ Facilitation Kit is designed to be used with Everything DiSC Agile EQ Profiles (sold separately). Agile EQ Profiles help participants hone their EQ skills to create a thriving workplace culture.

The kit includes 3 modules

Module 1: Personalized information explaining your natural tendencies.
Module 2: Your DiSC style and the mindsets in your comfort zone.
Module 3: Actionable ways you can stretch yourself and grow through social and emotional situations.

About the kit

The Everything DiSC Agile EQ Facilitation Kit comes with videos, activities, and fully-scripted facilitation to help you lead a group through the assessment. As you work through the modules, your group will learn to discover their individual mindsets, value the mindsets of others, and act to become more agile. The Facilitation Kit includes everything you need to help people complete the EQ Profile and develop the emotional intelligence they need to grow into the teammates they can be.

The Facilitation Kit is also easy to customize. Facilitators have access to pick and choose from the video clips and to modify the PowerPoint presentation and the handouts. If desired, you can also change the length of the overall assessment by deleting sections or adding additional infographics.

Assessments

Assessments are transferable as long as the participant has not logged into the platform and started filling out the assessment.

Facilitation Kits

Facilitation kits may be returned in their perfect original, unopened packaging. Sender is responsible for return postage. Returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date.

Certification Courses

Certification courses are fully refundable, as long as the participant has not logged into the Learning Management System, and the start date is 14 days or more from the session start date.

Certification courses are transferrable as long as the original participant has not logged into the Learning Management System and begun their pre-work (Only applies to certifications hosted by Assessment for Success).

EPIC Credits

All EPIC credit purchases are final. Epic credits have no expiration date and may be used at any time and for any Everything DiSC® or Five Behaviors® report.
