You have two paths to gain certification: for 1:1 Coaching or facilitating workshops. The Coach Path does not require a teach back whereas the "Core Certification" does.

Core Certification

Become certified to deliver the signature TypeCoach Influence Program through the TypeCoach Core Certification. This program includes everything covered in the Certification for Coaches, along with the slide deck and presenter notes to deliver the signature TypeCoach training program. This option is designed to welcome beginners and experts alike.

Certification for Coaches

The TypeCoach personality type Certification for Coaches is an abbreviated version of the Core Certification, geared towards coaches who will be providing one-to-one sessions rather than facilitating group training. If you'd like to facilitate group sessions with our slide decks, you can upgrade to the TypeCoach Core Certification at any time.

Webinar 4: July 20th, 21st, or 22nd (one of these will be assigned)

CORE C89 – Starting September 2026

Each webinar is from 11:00 am – 1:30 pm Eastern Time US/Canada
Webinar 1: September 3rd
Webinar 2: September 16th
Webinar 3: September 29th
Webinar 4: October 13th, 20th, or 21st (one of these will be assigned)

CORE C90 – Starting October 2026

Each webinar is from 11:00 am – 1:30 pm Eastern Time US/Canada
Webinar 1: October 22nd
Webinar 2: November 4th
Webinar 3: November 17th
Webinar 4: December 2nd, 3rd, or 10th (one of these will be assigned)

The training will be online and hosted via Zoom. Virtual conference link will be sent along with additional registration information upon purchase.

Assessments

Assessments are transferable as long as the participant has not logged into the platform and started filling out the assessment.

Facilitation Kits

Facilitation kits may be returned in their perfect original, unopened packaging. Sender is responsible for return postage. Returns must be received within 10 days of the invoice date.

Certification Courses

Certification courses are fully refundable, as long as the participant has not logged into the Learning Management System, and the start date is 14 days or more from the session start date.

Certification courses are transferrable as long as the original participant has not logged into the Learning Management System and begun their pre-work (Only applies to certifications hosted by Assessment for Success).

EPIC Credits

All EPIC credit purchases are final. Epic credits have no expiration date and may be used at any time and for any Everything DiSC® or Five Behaviors® report.
