Course Dates:

On the day the course opens, you will receive your training center login. You have 4 days to complete pre-work before the first live virtual classroom.

Certification courses are fully refundable, as long as the participant has not logged into the Learning Management System, and the start date is 14 days or more from the session start date.

Facilitation Kit:

Participants are required to own The Five Behaviors® facilitation kit, as content in the facilitation kit will be referenced throughout the course. This will ensure participants receive the best learning experience possible. The facilitation kit is included in this package. If you already own the facilitation kit, please contact us to receive a customized invoice for The Five Behaviors Practitioner Certification without the facilitation kit ($2,495).

Wiley is recognized by SHRM to offer Professional Development Credits (PDCs) for the SHRM CP® or SHRM-SCP® 9/8 Core/RD ICF.
