Two-Day Workshop In this workshop, participants will discover their DiSC Management style, understand how their unique style informs their approach to directing and delegation, learn strategies for improving employee motivation and developing the full potential of people with various DiSC styles, and identify new ways to work more effectively with their manager.

WHO IS IT FOR
This workshop will benefit new managers, managers in transition, and executive leadership teams.
HOW DOES IT WORK
Each participant will complete the Everything DiSC Management Assessment, which will take 20 to 30- minutes prior to attending the live workshop. During the live session, a certified Cooper Consulting Group facilitator will dive into the assessment results and provide strategies for success.
