In changing and competitive business times, Assessments for Success’s goal is to be a catalyst for companies aspiring to improve their competitive edge. The focal point is to identify and keep potential top performers and strengthen the talent of all performers. Tom founded Priority Management in Brookfield, Wisconsin, in 1990, as a time management training company. The training solution was not the ultimate prescription for Tom's clients. He started using assessments as a way to help clients identify a methodology for employee development. In 1998, he sold the training business and formed Assessments for Success LLC. Tom relocated the business to Arizona in June of 2000 to focus on providing tools for hiring, developing and retaining top performers along with consulting, training and coaching of the entire process. He retains clients in the Midwest and serves the not for profit, industrial and commercial arenas. Tom also speaks on hiring and assessment issues to interested groups. In Tom's early professional life, he worked with high technology and people. His career with AT&T spanned more than 20 years, including work in sales, marketing, computer systems and management. Throughout his career, Tom has dealt with change, downsizing, reengineering, new technology, and new processes. A native of Wisconsin, Weinstock is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a degree in Economics. He participates in the community through his role in the Greater Phoenix Chambers of Commerce. Tom is also an active member of the Arizona Small Business Association (HR Roundtable), Society of Human Resource Management, Valley of the Sun Human Resource Association, and the Employment Management Association. Tom holds the following certifications: CPBA, Certified Professional Behavioral Analyst, CPVA, Certified Professional Values Analyst, and CAIA, Certified Attribute Index Analyst. In addition he is TriMetrix™ System Certified.
